He started racing in ‘68 on a Triumph TRS. He won a silver medal in 1979 ISDE in Germany; held all top 10 numbers including #2 in the Heavy Weight Desert Class. In ’74 He started Terrycable Inc. and made the first Teflon lined cable - the industry’s gold standard cable. Terry then designed long travel front suspension for race bikes. This revolutionized control, increased speed, and safety for our sport.
