Ever since he was young, Don’s number one passion was racing. In 1983, he built “Lucifer’s Hammer” for Gene Church who won “Battle of the Twins” 3 years in a row. His mechanical prowess grew to create fast machines that won races. Over 20 years Don’s bikes took championships in the AMA 883 Sportster Series, Buell S-1 Lightning series, Buell’s Pro Thunder Series, H-D Twinsports World Cup and AHDRA V-Rod Class.
