Jim founded the company O’NEAL USA in 1970 and the company has remained a mainstay in designing, developing, and producing premium motorcycle products for over 50 years. Jim’s racing career spans nearly 60 years. Jim is well known for his many accomplishments in Baja and is often referred to as the rider with the most wins in Baja racing history!
