Carey Hart is a former professional freestyle motocross competitor. Hart is most noted for being the first person to attempt a back flip on a 250cc motorcycle. He is also credited for the sports first "invert superman" seat grab in 1999. This trick is known as the "Hart Attack" and is a staple of the FMX genre around the world. He also gained popularity during the early days of free riding with his appearances in the Crusty Demons films.
