Co-Founder of the NMA - The National Motosports Association. He and partner Ted Moorewood created the NMA World Mini Grand Prix and the Ponca City Grand National for amateur racers, where many Mini Cycle racer champions were crowned. NMA qualifier events and race series took place all over the country to find the best talent, and many went on to become famous professional motocross and supercross stars and champions.
