Tuff McBride started speedway in 1979 and is considered to have been the most successful of any of the East Coast riders, having raced for 3 seasons in California during the heyday of American Speedway, making Main Events and qualifying for the US National Championship multiple times. Tuff has been the Action Park East and Champion Speedway track Champ, along with NY State and East Coast Champion, winning numerous Main Events in his career.
