Competed: 1989 - 1999
Davey Camlin was at the top of the podium at four AMA Grand Nationals, twice at DuQuoin and twice at Springfield. The Springfield wins were on back-to-back days and were a highlight for #27 and fans. He was the 883 Class Champion in 1997. The Rock Island Rocket was in the top ten standings four times in his career, finishing sixth in the series in 1997. Davey’s sense of humor was known by the racing community. Gone too soon. God speed, Davey.
