Bobby Hedden started his speedway career in 1980 at the age of 7. Hedden spent most of his career racing on the Northern California circuit where he went on to win the overall points title and coveted #1 a total of 4 times. He also was the Cal Expo, Vallejo and 4x Auburn Track Champion. He was member of many North vs South Teams. Bobby rode for the Sheffield Tigers in the British League in 1996. A broken back in 2005 forced him in retirement.
