Gene Hartline 68S was a lifelong member of the AMA Pro Racing, American Flattrack racing community. In the 1970s, Gene became a rider for Benelli Motors, and later on raced a Triumph and Trackmaster frames. Upon his retirement, he worked as testing for Kawasaki Motors & became involved in the movie industry as an award winning Stuntman. Gene was well respected by all.
